My research focuses on integrating advanced technologies, quantum-inspired methods, and circular economy ideas to refine real estate valuation and material reuse. I look at how supply chains for recycled materials function in contexts like Cape Town and Zurich, exploring how digital tools can streamline reuse processes while staying mindful of local socio-economic factors.
